A LETTER FROM JAMES McFALL
Planning for the future.

Welcome to the new edition of ‘Step Ahead’. We hope you like it!

Today we start by discussing a change in SMSF lending.

With three of the major four banks announcing that they are no longer offering new loans, it is our view that there are a host of implications beyond simply identifying which lenders still offer them.

James McFall was asked by the Financial Planning Association to share his views on the difference ‘if any’ there is in gender advice needs. It is an interesting question to reflect on, which we’ve shared.

Also, have a look at our new video!

As always, if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out and we’ll be more than happy to help.

Have a great day!
James and the team at Yield
